Why I do what I do...

Choosing a practitioner to work with you at an emotional level, when you are feeling vulnerable is a difficult undertaking.  There needs to be a connection, but before that, you might want to know what kind of person the practitioner is, their motivation for doing the job they do...

The Mission

To help children & adults to process emotional trauma, enabling them to reduce anxiety and improve overall mental wellbeing.  This empowers them to start to enjoy life again and dream for the future.

  • I use a gentle therapeutic technique called Drawing & Talking.
  • I work with private clients in Coventry, and in schools across Coventry & Warwickshire.

The Vision

To improve the mental wellbeing of adults and children in and around Coventry & Warwickshire.

  • Making our community a happier, friendlier and safer place to be.
  • Improving the academic outcomes and life chances for local people by offering access to local mental health support when it is needed.

My Values

BEING KIND

  • Treating people with respect, understanding , fairness, empathy & compassion.
  • Finding a way to be inclusive & supportive to all (Autism, SEND & LGBTQ+ aware).

BEING THE BEST I CAN BE

  • Undertaking training wherever possible to improve my understanding of my clients needs and to be able to offer the best possible services for them.

The Goals

  • To increase local school awareness of the benefits to both pupils & staff of this service.
  • To increase & improve services available through ongoing training.
  • To be "available" to local people by information sharing via social media and email newsletters
  • To be the number one LOCAL choice for schools and private clients.
