Follow-up Support

After 3 months of completing your D&T Sessions
(Adults only).

If you found the CONNECTION and SUPPORT offered during D&T was valuable, there is the opportunity to have further support.

Support networks are not always readily available and life throws curve-balls all the time.  So I am available for Ad-hoc single sessions or blocks of up to 6 sessions to enable you to off-load and process life in general.

We can use the same format of drawing & talking if you wish, it is a little like the "car chat" where you don't need to have full-on eye contact.

This is more of a "Britain Get Talking" service, as the old proverb says;

A problem shared is a problem halved.

Lift your life.

30 minute sessions.

Price per session: £15 or Block of 6: £60

(only £10 per session)

This can still be offered on a PAYG basis by paying £15 each for the first 4 sessions, then getting the final two FREE.

SEND Awareness & Understanding Training

Why are
face-to-face appointments better ?

Well, it is just my opinion, but...

If you have a face-to-face appointment, you are committing to leaving your home, to attending, to actually being - therefore to prioritising your mental health.

A change of scene (a different 4 walls) in itself can be good for mental health.

In-person appointments allow a deeper connection.

You are removing yourself from other responsibilities, such as children, partners, chores, answering the door or phone - prioritising the task in hand.

Other people cannot overhear - if you were online at home, people could interrupt or hear what you are saying - one of the reasons this works is that you can unburden yourself without the fear of placing that burden on people you care about, are trying to protect, or trying to appear brave for.

I personally hate phone conversations; I find it hard to concentrate on the conversation without a visual focus point.

You don't have to worry about internet signal dips.

And, quite pertinent at the moment, you can attend a warm space for the session.

Worth considering, huh?
